In addition to patrolling the docks daily, here are some of the included services we render to our slipholders:
-Setting out a customer's trailer for after-hours pick up.
-Putting a customer's trailer away in the Fenced-In Lot.
-Courtesy calls in the event of a lift failure, boat cover failure, or other issues that an owner should be made aware of.
-Upkeep of electrical and water utilities present at the slips.
Paid services include:
-New Hydrohoist boat lift sales and installation.
-New dock locker sales and installation.
-Construction or removal of a decked in "V" at the front of a slip.
-Used boat lift installation or removal.
-Boat lift reconfiguration: Converting a pontoon lift to a V-hull lift, or converting a V-hull lift to accommodate a tow boat.
-Moving a boat lift from one slip to another.
-Lift pump repair, both pole mounts and console mounts.
-Boat lift repair.
We specialize in Hydrohoist H model lifts, Hydrohoist Level lifts, and Hydrohoist UL2 series lifts, the current generation of boat lifts from Hydrohoist.
Common repairs include: guide rod replacement, tank band replacement, patching of a fiberglass lift tank, fill hose repair/replacement, recarpeting bunks, and replacing bunks.

*H model lifts are becoming increasingly difficult to service as Hydrohoist continues to phase out thier parts production for these units.
